"The Kite Runner" is an excellent read, if anybody is hunting for a good book. It's about a boy named Amir and his friend growing up in 1970s Afghanistan, a decision that Amir makes that shatters their lives, and the road to redemption.
Nothing else going on today. I promise to be more interesting tomorrow. In the meantime, here's another picture from yesterday's trip to the botanical gardens:

I just found your site, and I just finished the kite runner this week. it was fantastique! really, i polished it off in two days. so sad too. i sure don't write like that. so guess what, we're moving to geneva. yee haw. we're all stressed now about finding an apartment. i hope it's a good city, i'd be curious to know what you think about living there. I hear it's kind of dead. i have no idea though.
